THE AIM OF THE PROGRAMME

“Problem solving techniques education programme” aims to give participants the point of view, contributing them and their environment about problem solving that is inevitable at both their professional and social life.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

The education programme organized by “Swiss Academy” is based on the highest educational standards universally accepted.

“Problem solving techniques education programme” provides people competence on problem solving.

Acquirements for participants successfully completing the programme:

• To learn how to approach to the problem with problem solving techniques
• To use and to apply problem solving techniques
• To Show required behavioral approaches to solve problems

TRAINING PERIOD

 

The programme consists of both theoretical and practical knowledge, and takes a total amount of 1 day.

EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS

Documents include the most updated information and applications. All documents are given to the participants at the beginning of the training.

 

SUCCESS CRITERIA

Throughout the training, practices of participants are evaluated and relevant feedback is given. Participants are expected to gain success on all of the applications of the programme. Attendance is required for all stages of the training.

 

CERTIFICATION

Participants successfully completing the training are given a certificate of success on “Problem solving techniques education programme”.  Swiss Academy –SWISS accredit the certificate, while it also covers educator’s signature. Participants successfully completing the training are announced on the website.
